A long jointer plane by Goldenberg in excellent condition. The body. is made mostly of beechwood with a sole of Cormier ( Service Tree wood) to resist wear. This plane came from a tool shop closure and has never been used, The Goldenberg label and price in French francs is still intact. The blade had the original factory grind and I have sharpened and set it ready to use. At 23 inches long, it is specifically designed for flattening long boards and jointing straight edges before gluing. An effective plane at a fraction of the cost of a Stanley no 8 or even the cheapest machine jointer.
FREE ebook " ABC of Woodwork" with this plane.
