Description
Record 05 jack plane. Made in England in the 1930s, the first decade Record started manufacturing these. Fitted with rosewood handles, original decal still present. Only the pre-war Record and Stanley bench planes came with rosewood handles, both manufacturers switched to beech afterwards.
As far as I can tell, all the parts are original. The blade has plenty of length left. It's not sharpened, - if requested, I can sharpen it prior to collection.
