Description
A rapping iron or hammer, used to pack down the weave of a basket. It has smooth rounded edges so that it will not damage the willow bark, The ring handle is used to bend or straighten heavy willow.

A heavy duty bodkin. Hand forged from high carbon steel, its very tough and strong.
