Plumbing and waste pipes  relocation, getting rid of boxes,  if required   

Prep work on the floor  new floor boards ,plywood on floor ,reinforce the wood beams  if rotten or damaged     

Wall  and ceiling    preparation  new plasterboard if damaged  insulation boards on external walls  , plaster skim coat , new window installation  if required  and white paint on ceiling

Electrical wiring of electric showers  and RCBO , under floor heating ,led ceiling lights or recessed  wet area led light  ,extractor fan isolator switch 

 Installation of bathtub on wood frame ,  building shower area recesse 

Prep work  wet room floor if mosaic if being fitted with level access and fitting shower tray 

Tanking KIT on walls and floor of the wet area to make it waterproof 

Tile on the wall and floor,mosaic tiles laid ,grout applied  and under door transition trim, room ready for new sanitary installation



   Fitting new sanitary  ,wall hung or on the floor toilet, wall hung  vanity and basin shower and basin mixer ,glass screen or shower enclosure  ,radiator or towel rail ,mirror glass or cabinet mirror,
