Hi, I’m interested in the WD Black SN850 2TB. Before I make an offer, could you confirm:

1. Is the 99% SMART health from a recent CrystalDiskInfo/WD Dashboard screenshot?
2. Could you send me a screenshot showing the health percentage, total host writes (TB), power-on hours and any errors/warnings?
3. What is the exact model number on the SSD? Is it WDS200T1X0E?
4. Has the SSD ever had any SMART errors, bad sectors or overheating issues?
5. Has the heatsink always been fitted, or was it added later?
6. Has it been used in a PS5 or PC?
7. Is everything working perfectly with no crashes, disconnects or slowdowns?
8. Do you have the original purchase receipt/proof of purchase, and is there any warranty remaining?
9. Is the heatsink the WD Black heatsink and is it securely attached?

Could you please send a screenshot of the full CrystalDiskInfo SMART table, rather than just the health percentage?

Can you confirm the SSD has never had any issues, crashes or SMART warnings, and that the 60 unsafe shutdowns were not caused by an SSD fault?
