Hi i have some grains already but they have grown like your photo. What stage is yiu keifer at. I dont want the seed like grains im looking for the cauliflower type stage of grains. You might let me know.
@mandbconnolly its always a mix. big grains + some smaller ones that are growing (exactly like in photo). thats natural as they are growing constantly. i am happy with my grains, they are healthy growing and make great kefir.
