Kombucha scoby as seen in photo. Have a few of them.
Have one that I use with green tea and another one that I use with black tea. You can see the difference in the finished product in the last 2 photos.
You'll get the top layer of the scoby, with starter liquid (aka fermented kombucha tea).
Diameter of the scoby is about 13cm.
