Sourdough starter Organic

100% Organic sourdough starter.
This starter has been in constant use for 11+ years. Very active and healthy and full of natural yeasts.
Fed with Shipton Mill organic strong white flour and water from our own well (no chlorine)
Photos in jar show the starter roughly 6 hours apart after a feed.
You will receive 80g of starter in a foodsafe bag with feeding/care instructions and a couple of YouTube tutorial suggestions.
Can be posted for €2.50 or collect by arrangement in ballycullen wicklow or occasionally deansgrange in Dublin. (May occasionally have traces of rye/spelt/wholewheat flour)
Originally the starter was from a well known Co Wicklow bakery
