@mick1gallagher: not exactly, it's neither static or rotary but a category of his own. These are new type of converter that allows you to have the 3 phase and the neutral, you can connect more machines at once as far within the capacity of the converter same as the rotary phase converter but without the noise,vibrations etc

Can you tell me make of that converter and how you connect to power supply? Where it is made?

@daniel1984: please see pictures, on the left you connect the single phase power supply, hard wired directly from power source or with big cable with 32amp plug, on the right you see the power output 400v 3phase , same thing you can connect 1 socket or more
