ADV-2000 analogue-to-digital audio converter, ideal for connecting older hi-fi and audio equipment to devices with digital inputs.

Converts stereo analogue audio from standard RCA connections into 16-bit/44.1 kHz digital audio, with both Toslink optical and coaxial S/PDIF outputs.

Particularly useful for MiniDisc recorders, vintage hi-fi systems, cassette decks, tuners, mixers and other older analogue audio equipment.

Also features composite video to S-Video conversion and a Sync Recording function for compatible equipment.

Connections and features:
- Stereo RCA analogue audio input
- Toslink optical digital output
- Coaxial S/PDIF digital output
- Composite video and S-Video connections
- Sync Recording switch

Includes the original box and power adaptor.

The power adaptor has been tested and is working. The converter itself has not recently been tested with connected audio/video equipment, so its full operation cannot be confirmed. Sold as untested on that basis.

The unit is in very clean cosmetic condition, with the original box showing some age-related storage wear.

An interesting piece of older AV equipment for MiniDisc enthusiasts, retro audio setups and vintage hi-fi systems.
