Thanks - yes I have the old classic iPod but the lightning adapter in the photo, I have a converter - just checking it plays iPods and doesn’t just charge it!

The charging doc looks like its a lightning cable? I see the description says its not but it looks like the small 8pin lightning cable rather than the larger 30pin that's in older Apple products
