The Leak 2000 (also known as the Leak Tuner Amplifier 2000) is a vintage hi-fi stereo receiver manufactured in the mid-1970s (around 1975). It is often regarded as one of the last great amplifiers from the brand’s "golden age" before the original company underwent significant changes


Leak 2000" most commonly refers to the Leak 2000 Tuner Amplifier (also known as a receiver), a classic piece of British hi-fi equipment from the mid-1970s. It was one of the last series designed and manufactured in the UK (at the Idle factory near Bradford) before the brand moved production overseas.

This vintage stereo receiver is known for its "warm" audio quality and elegant wood-veneer aesthetic.
