Hi David I can get a new Partybox Club 120 for 399 here's what AI lists as a comparison. the Club 120 is the newer speaker and the clear upgrade over the 300 in every practical respect:
Club 120 (current model)
160W, dual 6.5" woofers — noticeably punchier than the 300
Dual mic & guitar inputs built in (this matters for you)
IP67 rated — properly weather-resistant, not just splashproof
12h battery, and it's replaceable

PartyBox 300 (older, largely discontinued)
~120W, single woofer — less headroom, especially outdoors where sound disperses
