A beautiful matching Marantz PM-54 MKII amplifier and Marantz ST-54 digital tuner, both Made in Japan during the golden era of hi-fi. This is proper Japanese vintage audio engineering from a time when equipment was built to last, not to be replaced every few years.

They simply don’t make them like this anymore.

The set is in exceptional cosmetic condition – honestly one of the nicest examples you’ll find. No scratches, dents or damage. The front panels and display window are almost flawless. The photos don’t really do it justice.

Only for sale because I’ve upgraded to a more expensive, higher-end Sansui amplifier. Otherwise, I’d happily keep it, so this beautiful setup deserves a new home.

Recently professionally serviced. No components required replacement. All switches and potentiometers have been professionally cleaned and lubricated, so it’s ready to be enjoyed straight away with no further expense.
