Hi All, the issue is resolved. The device is for sale again. The iPad successfully factory reset (turned out I just needed a MacBook with iTunes, there was no lock.). Linda in the below offer is no longer interested. So if anyone else is, please go ahead. The price is still the same. The device is still in excellent condition.
