We also operate as software application support and administration to CME Group. The group supports the certification, new release, disaster recovery, and production environments and is responsible for proper installation and configuration of the software within these environments. The team is also responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks, and facilitating collaboration between groups to achieve results quickly.
