Owned and managed by Tracy Quinlan, the Co. Waterford Company benefits from her 15 years previous employment in the area of Software Training. Tracy has experience of delivering a wide range of training; from a basic level, one to one training for small businesses, to corporate training for various multi-national companies in Dungarvan and Waterford. Tracy holds the following qualifications in IT Training: • Waterford Institute of Technology, Management Development Programme 2008 • FETAC Level 6, Project Management Programme 2009 • Waterford Institute of Technology, Advanced IT Trainer Diploma • Microsoft Master Instructor, 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010 • Microsoft Certified Application Specialist, Office 2007 & Windows Vista • MCAS Master Instructor, 2009 • Waterford Institute of Technology, Management Course 2006 • FAS, Registered on the NRT (National Register of Trainers) since 2002 In addition to Training, Tracy has worked in recruitment for a number of years, and has recently begun providing Recruitment services to local businesses. With a passion for people and a natural ability to spot talent and opportunities, Tracy enables clients to make the right employment decision for their business. Having provided I.T. Training and support to many businesses Tracy has built a huge knowledge of employee skills and abilities for a variety of roles. As a Director of the West Waterford Chamber of Commerce, Tracy’s extensive network continuously updates her on market conditions; she prides herself in developing relationships through honesty, trust and accountability. Once specific client needs are identified, Tracy thoroughly researches the market and presents only those candidates she feels would best fit on your team.
