MyndServ was established by Iain Nash and Fiona Ross in 2014. The company was formed as a result of Fiona recognising that over 12% of the workforce had some form of an acute mental illness, and that over 80% of employees suffered from stress at work.
Fiona was amazed that as a CEO and an employer, there was so little that she could do help these staff members, and that there was almost no early intervention programmes available.
Iain got involved as there seemed to be an opportunity to use both technology and progressive therapists and psychologists to offer solutions to people, that are effective, convenient and affordable.
MyndServ is the combination of a great online platform that makes delivery of programmes easy and effective (www.siario.com), the panel of excellent therapists, psychologists and coaches in Ireland, the UK and the US who deliver the programmes and the expertise of our clinical and programme directors to fit our assets into innovative solutions that work for clients.
MyndServ is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and is backed by successful health entrepreneurs and Enterprise Ireland.
