It is our mission at Little Gymstars to provide a safe, enjoyable and convenient place for children's fitness and gymnastics. We promote the benefits of physical activity and health in a fun environment, with the goal of building good habits at an early age.
Fun, Fitness and Skill Development is the essence of the Little Gymstars Recreational Program and as a mobile company we bring the entire gym to locations convenient to YOU - Coaching children from 3 to 8 years in preschools, schools and community centres. We offer a unique, innovative and creative approach to gymnastics instruction and believe that teaching should not only focus on gymnastics skills, but also develop a child's fitness, social skills and self-esteem.
