About MSS HR John Barry, our HR Services Director, having graduated in Law, began his Personnel career with the Ford Motor Company, where he was involved in implementing Training Programmes, dealing with recruitment, developing personnel systems & policies and employee relations. In 1980, John re-located to Dublin and joined the Federated Union of Employers (now I.B.E.C) as an Industrial Relations Executive. John gained valuable experience in both collective and individual Industrial Relations, Negotiations, Presentations to Third Parties, general Personnel and Industrial/Employee Relations advice, and Employment legislation.
