The modern world of hospitality is a competitive and ever-changing industry. Trends and flavours come and go, but ultimately real success comes from consistency and quality, both in terms of the food you serve and the customer's experience. Reaching your customers and maintaining your hard-earned reputation is increasingly difficult due to the plethora of communications by which your customers can pass their opinion and judgement of your establishment.
It is essential to have a positive web and social media based presence, but for many this is a mountain to climb and when time is limited it is often the first aspect of a business to be set aside.
