How Protential Works
We are constantly on the lookout for excellent candidates for our clients. Every person that we are in contact with is placed into our database. We usually get in contact through Linkedin, jobs boards, our own website, affiliate websites and from word of mouth.
As a role comes in, we sift through our database where we can find a shortlist of suitable candidates for the role we have available.
We then reference check those on the shortlist
And finally present our candidates for interview and final selection
All our candidates are prepped for interview and if applicable they are skills tested
