Kate and Andrew Cooke opened QC’s Seafood restaurant in the picturesque town of Cahersiveen on the spectacular Ring of Kerry in April 2000.
2012 has started in spectacular fashion with a host of awards for both the restaurant and the townhouse. New Years Day 2012 started with the news that the rooms won the Bridgestone Design of the Year and and are listed in 100 Best Places To Stay in Ireland 2012, not once but on four occasions for baths, walking, modern and restaurant with rooms. Then Food and Wine followed with QC’s as recommend by Georgina Campbell as a destination for a short break.
