McCarthy’s farm in Ovens Co Cork is the starting point for The Parlour Cafe. We wanted to bring the best of wholesome country living to the heart of the city and create a welcoming space where you can relax, have a coffee or enjoy a real tasty meal with exceptional quality and value.
On the farm we produce our own award winning beef which is farmed on an open airy green pasture environment. We look at the preparation and cooking of beef as a bit of an art form, so it’s all slow roasting, blending for flavour and expert preparation at The Parlour Cafe.
