T-Pro only employs Irish based staff with a minimum of 2 years work experience as a typist or secretary within a legal or medical institution. Typist work is constantly graded to ensure the highest standards are met. All staff are expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and provide a fast efficient service to clients. Typists are arranged into teams categorised by speciality to ensure the correct work is being typed by the correct people. This approach also enables clients to build up a relationship with typists via feedback on the work and generate a level of consistency that they are happy with.
