Michelin Star chef and owner of L'ecrivain Restaurant, Derry Clarke has worked closely with us from the beginning to create a unique and exclusive range of burgers, relishes and dressings that combine to make the "ultimate" MARKET BURGER. Uniquely we use only the freshest and finest ingredients, 100% Irish Hereford Beef, the award winning Connemara Hill Lamb and the organic O 'Dohertys Irish pork and bacon.
All of our staff are trained to the highest standards and are professional, polite and stylishly uniformed. We maintain a strict health and safety policy as part of our business conduct, thus the staff maintain full compliance with hygiene, health and safety and fire regulations. Our association with the FSA ensures that our HACCP systems are maintained all year round.
Our units are designed and finished to the highest specification and will stand out in any crowd. We can cater for corporate days, product launches, concerts promotional, sporting and equestrian events, large or small.
