Our authentic Italian style wood burning oven was hand crafted by ancient traditional methods in Italy and shipped to our shop in Skibbereen. We pride ourselves in using the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. We make our pizza dough fresh every morning as well as our home made tomato sauce. We use the best quality smoked meats and source our fresh vegetables from local producers. We only use the finest herbs and seasoning to give our products the real Oak Fire taste.
