At Poachers Inn we are committed to presenting our customers with the freshest & best seafood that the West Cork coastline has to offer. We are also committed to giving you the fruits of the sea in a totally unpreserved way. For example, we cook and crack our own crab….we don’t use the pasteurised product as it damages the natural sweetness of the product. Also, we buy all our local prawns whole and live, not frozen and peeled. Again, this is for quality of product reasons so the customer can enjoy them at their very best. We buy fish 6/7 days a week from great sources that either own day boats or buy from day boats only – we only deal with suppliers that take great pride in their produce. We work hard to ensure the product is at it’s best when the customer orders it.
