An opportunity for a Head Chef to take on a new kitchen, a new team and be part of an exciting new café dining experience in Dublin. The drive & inspiration behind Two Boys Brew came from travelling the world being influenced by cities such as Berlin, Copenhagen, London and Melbourne. We have seen first hand the casual dining and speciality coffee culture thriving with huge success and it continues to overtake more formal dining experiences in so many major cities. With Dublin now experiencing this same shift in food and coffee culture we plan to grab the opportunity to build something amazing with both hands and operate at the forefront of the cities café scene.
