Virlingo is a new online language school based in Dublin but available anywhere in the world. It was founded by Gavin Kelleher and here he explains why: "I was going to a school halfway across Dublin for private weekly German lessons. Not for the first time I was stuck in traffic on a bus. I'd just phoned my teacher to say I'd be late when an idea hit me - wouldn't it be so much easier if I could do this online? I could Skype my tutor, saving me the hassle of a two-hour commute as well as the cost of getting across town for an hour's lesson. Et voila - Virlingo was born."
