At YouGetItBack we develop solutions that give peace of mind to consumers by protecting and recovering their lost or stolen mobile devices. Rather than selling direct to mobile device owners, we target the leading providers of insurance and warranty programmes for mobile devices.
Our business model is B2B2C and is fully white-labelled. Our focus is on providing a robust branded solution for our business partners, whilst free from the distraction of a direct brand strategy. By providing our consumer software to customers through a seamless and simple process our business partner programmes are more profitable, successful and customers experience complete satisfaction.
Founded in 2005 YouGetItBack started business as a physical tagging business providing loss recovery services and transitioned in 2008 to become a security software company focused on anti-theft and loss recovery.
To date we have partnered with many brands globally including BestBuy, ACE Insurance, Telefonica, Media Markt, Global Warranty Group, CPP, Carphone Warehouse and Asurion.
