@tommyi30 I've been in contact with the gentleman who made the original offer. He is out of the country. I have informed him if he wishes to complete the sale when he returns I have no issues with that. I am not in dire straights so I have left it to him to withdraw his offer or not.

@Benson82 Thanks for the offer mate. If the previous lad withdraws his offer you can take it. I'm up and down to dublin regularly. But have made a verbal/written statement to the first lad that it's up to him. I don't mind waiting for €
