Hi. Is it still available?

brian143 2 months ago

@aproxx Allow me to contact the previous offer to confirm his intent.

aproxx 2 months ago

The one from over a month ago from ABigHedge user?

brian143 2 months ago

@aproxx You don't miss a beat pal. Correct. I have messaged him as I am in Dubin 4&5th. The person you are referring to is already aware of my plans. It's past 3am. Get some sleep mate

tommyi30 2 months ago

Hi, is this still available? Thanks

brian143 2 months ago

@tommyi30 I've been in contact with the gentleman who made the original offer. He is out of the country. I have informed him if he wishes to complete the sale when he returns I have no issues with that. I am not in dire straights so I have left it to him to withdraw his offer or not.

tommyi30 2 months ago

Thats totally understandable. I'll keep an eye. Thanks

Is this still for sale

brian143 1 month ago

@Benson82 Thanks for the offer mate. If the previous lad withdraws his offer you can take it. I'm up and down to dublin regularly. But have made a verbal/written statement to the first lad that it's up to him. I don't mind waiting for €

Heya, thanks for getting back to me. Yes that would be great! If it falls through I’ll be available to take it as soon as.

Still going¿

brian143 2 weeks ago

@luka353 I'll contact the lad again. Tbh there's a few interested parties before you though. Only fair to give them the opportunity first. Fairest way I feel.

luka353 2 weeks ago

No stress, I’ll keep n eye out

aproxx 2 weeks ago

Im still interested by the way.

brian143 2 weeks ago

@aproxx That's fine. You are first anyway from what I can see. As it is likely postage I would need to do a video call with you first to confirm you are all good to go ahead with the purchase. That would be a deal breaker as nobody wants the hassle of returns etc.
