Without Desk and drawers. I removed the desk and fitted a hanging swing chair from JYSK on a threaded metal bar for equal weight distribution. Tested regularly with the weight of a teenage girl aged 16.

Hanging swing chair comes with the fluffy grey throw and 2 cushions. Accessories all bought from JYSK. Included in price.

LED Strip Lighting are affixed to the underside of the loft bed. Strips are held with self adhesive and are included in price. Option of 5 colours to choose from. Button controlled.

I have also included in this price a curtain rail which can be seen in main picture. My daughter had curtains hanging from this rail. Curtain rail bought from IKEA. Curtains are not included.

I repainted the ladder as the rungs were scuffed and worn looking.

Freshly painted and is in perfect as new condition. I did screw 2 very shallow holes to mount an extension lead behind swing chair. Barely noticeable but I have included a photo.
