Raleigh Vektar WANTED

WANTED

Vintage Raleigh Vektar BMX

Looking to purchase a 1985 Raleigh Vektar. I am searching for a premium, collector-grade example of this iconic "computer bike."

Specific Requirements:
• Condition: Must be spotless. Looking for a bike with excellent paint, original decals intact, and minimal to no pitting or rust on the hardware. Scuff-free mag wheels and pristine polyurethane fairings/mudguards are highly preferred.

• Electronics: All electrics must be working fully. The handlebar control console must turn on, the digital LCD display must be clear with no leaking or missing segments, and the sound effects generator/AM radio must function perfectly.

• Completeness: Preference will be given to bikes that are 100% complete with the original battery box cover, pristine console, and uncracked plastic fairings.

If you have a well-preserved Vektar sitting in storage, or a meticulously restored one you are ready to part with, please get in touch.

Please send clear, high-resolution photos (including close-ups of the console screen while turned on) and your asking price
