Length from end to end of longest piece. Width/depth and the height of the unit with the oven.
Are they separate pieces or are some a full unit ie unable to mix up to suit our layout.

To answer your other questions

- yes we can do disassemble

- the pieces in the oven unit look like they could come apart to be reconfigured, however it obviously only has one countertop and sideboard so would depend on what your plans are!
