What happened to the screen and is there any other damage?

@jamieledwith: The screen, along with its ribbon cable, needs to be replaced. There are no other issues! (All games launch, and the system runs stably, even under load.)

I understand, but what actually happened to the screen for it to stop working? Also is it windows 10 or 11 as the description mentions both.

@jamieledwith: I bought it with a broken screen (the seller claimed the issue was with the screen ribbon cable—K3; I assumed replacing the cable would be enough, but it turned out the screen itself was also damaged). (As for the ribbon cable—that’s just what the seller said!) Windows 11
