I have a few more questions:

* Could you please tell me the battery health (Excellent, Good, etc.) or the current battery capacity?
* Does the laptop come with the original Dell charger?
* Is there any BIOS password set, and is Computrace (Absolute) disabled or not activated?
* If I decide to upgrade the RAM in the future, would you be able to do the upgrade, and if so, how much would it cost?

Hi, quick technical question before I decide: is the current 16GB RAM installed as a single 16GB stick (with the second SODIMM slot free), or as two 8GB sticks (both slots occupied)? Also, could you confirm the RAM speed (e.g. DDR4-3200)? I'm asking because I may add my own RAM stick separately rather than paying for your upgrade service. Thanks!
