Dell XPS 13 2in1 7390 (fault)

Description

Dell XPS 13 2in1 7390
Lovely 2 in 1 convertible laptop
Extremely compact and neat with metal case

Two important notes:
1. Doesn't always boot up recently, not sure what the issue is. Working perfectly when it comes on. Suspect it's corrupt boot firmware
2. French keyboard layout. Works as IE layout in settings and I have a set of keycap stickers to use that I never got around to putting on.
