@OneNineEightEight: Hi, sorry for the confusion. Windows 11 Pro is fully installed and working, you can switch the laptop on and use it straight away. What is missing is only the paid activation licence. In plain terms that means you cannot change the wallpaper or theme and a small watermark shows in the corner. Everything else, internet, apps, Office, all works normally. You can add your own licence key any time if you want to remove that, but you do not need to. Happy to help with anything else.

@ccoughlan83: Yes to all three. It runs on an SSD, so it starts up fast and apps open without lag. Everyday multitasking is smooth for a normal load, so browser tabs, email, Office and video all running together is no problem. It is an everyday i5 with 8GB of RAM, so it is quick and reliable for browsing, office work, college and general use, rather than heavy video editing or gaming. For day to day work it stays responsive.

@ccoughlan83: Yes, it has a built-in webcam and microphone. It is the standard 0.3MP camera for this model with an integrated mic, so it works fine for everyday video calls on Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. It is a basic camera rather than a HD one, which is normal for a laptop in this range.
