Hi, I can't find any l mount lenses voigtlander have on sale anywhere online. Wondering if they are specially modded? Which camera did you use them on?
@conortbn I bought these lenses for the image quality and depth of field they provide; at the time I had a PL mount BMC 6K camera. I sold that camera later. Now I have Sony and Canon R mount adapters, and I use them with those. Yes, it's a rare set; you don't often find them online.
@charlie.conalogue I am selling the lenses as a set; I do not intend to sell them individually. If you read the listing, you will see that I have already stated this. Cheers!
Cam I’ve read your notice and was well aware that you wished to sell as a bunch rather that individually so after a month unsold I felt it was time to respectfully ask as I’m not a mind reader.I wish you the very best with the sale and will keep watching to see if there is any change in the way you wish to sell.Thank you your your reply.
@charlie.conalogue Hi Charlie, no mind-reading required—the listing already explains that the lenses are being sold as a set.
They’ve actually been listed for over a year, so another month hasn’t changed the plan. I’m a working videographer, and these Voigtländers have been part of my kit for over three years. They’re still earning their keep on shoots while the advert does its thing.
The sale is simply to fund a specific kit upgrade. If the complete set sells, great. If it doesn’t, I’m perfectly happy to carry on using it for another three years. Time on the market isn’t a countdown to splitting the set.
You’re welcome to keep an eye on the listing, of course—just don’t mistake patience for urgency. Best of luck finding your 21mm.
