@Wat.ford: Sorry for the delay, I didn't notice you had sent another message.. I used it with a Nikon D7500 and Nikon D850. It's a Nikon fit so I imagine it will work with any Nikon F mount SLR camera. It has AF but I find AF not useful for Macro, Manual is better for close up focusing.
