This is the interlock Zeiss version. These versions have been optically and mechanically
improved specifically
for professional photography and video, e.g. B. much better adjustment options manually.
Price was around twice as high as the normal version.
As usual, Zeiss changed this optic from ZF2 to M42. This means that these optics can be used
on Nikon Z,Canon EOS RF, etc. with appropriate M42 adapters without any performance restrictions.
This De-Click mechanism for ZEISS lenses is used to switch between clicking and non-clicking
aperture rings on Zeiss lenses. Adjustable via a screw on the lens mount surface, these tools
allow you to switch between switches designed for still photography and a non-clicking design
more convenient for video shooting. In the photo I show how to do it: You need to
remove the M42 bayonet, insert the key and turn. Put the bayonet back in place.

P.S. The photo was sent to me by the person who did this.
The copy for sale is in pristine condition, no tampering.

The Milvus 35/1,4 is , and has thorough weather-sealing to protect against dust and moisture.

Hello, I am waiting for a specific question.
Filip Cwiertnia 3 months ago
Are you by any chance person who sell sigma sd15 on ebay?
Alex Photohunter 3 months ago
Yes,
Judging by your SD 1 Merrill avatar, you are also fond of Foveon.
Filip Cwiertnia 3 months ago
I am indeed :)
I’m thinking of acquiring one of the older models as as far as I know sd15 share sensor with dp2s which is my favourite one
Alex Photohunter 3 months ago
I had another Sigma SD 10 model, but it was left under the rubble of my flat in Ukraine after my house was hit by a bomb. Merrill has a different sensor. The Foveon sensor used by Sigma and the Bayer filter used in modern cameras are very different from Foveon. One of Sigma's senior managers recently told me about this with sadness. They have been trying to release a 35mm Foveon sensor for a very long time, but so far without success. The Foveon sensor is very sensitive to light, and its normal ISO is 50-200.

I had sd quattro, dp2m. They have been sold but later I bought sd1, dp1 and dp2s. I find sd1m very demanding camera, not everyday carry camera but I enjoy every good shot. We can exchange phone numbers in private message if you would like to talk or want me to visit you some day

Perhaps we will meet in the future. I am currently working on getting the focusing screen back in place. Here in Ireland, this is a problem, even if I find a specialist, the price will probably be 50% of the cost of the camera being sold. I will contact my friend in another country.
P.S. I am receiving offers to sell the camera, but they are asking me to put the focusing screen back in place. I agree that Sigma cameras are not for everyone, but I accept it with all its positive and negative sides. It is for photography enthusiasts. Best regards, Alex.

I repair cameras. If you can hold it for me until the weekend, I will come and collect and pay you agreed amount. As for the private message, if you accept my offer and then we can talk in PM, later you can cancel my offer and your item will be still for sale.
