Description

Aspace Charterhouse bedside cabinet for sale, in a white painted finish. Aspace is a UK children’s furniture maker known for solid, well-made painted pieces, and the Charterhouse is their classic bedside design. It sold new for around €340 (£299) and has since been discontinued.

Dimensions (approx.): H 72cm x W 43cm x D 35cm

Features:

Solid wood construction, heavy and sturdy, not flat-pack chipboard
Shaker-style panelled door with a round wooden knob
Open shelf in the top section for books, a phone charger or a night light
Enclosed cupboard below for toys, books or general storage
Generous top surface for a lamp and alarm clock
Plinth base with shaped side detail

Condition:
Good used condition. Structurally sound, and the door opens and closes properly. There are minor signs of use, which I have tried to show in the photos: a small mark on the front left upright, light scuffs along the plinth and a few small marks on the door. None of these affect how it works, and most would cover with a light touch-up of white paint if you wanted it looking new. The back panel is intact, and the original Aspace label (model 5025) is still on the back.

Well suited to a child’s or teen’s bedroom, or a guest room. The neutral colour and classic style work in most rooms, and it would match other Charterhouse pieces if you already have the bed or chest of drawers. Comes from a smoke-free home.

Reduced to €35!!!. Collection only from Malahide, Co. Dublin. It comes fully assembled, and it fits in the back of most cars with the seats down. Please bring a second person for lifting, as it is solid wood and has some weight to it.
