Condition definitions:
Near Mint condition – Nearly perfect and looks brand new. Only barely noticeable defects.
Very Fine condition – Minor defects, but still in excellent condition. May have a name written by the newsagent or a price sticker.
Fine condition – Above average but showing some wear or minor damage. May have slight spine roll, spine creases, a small spine split and moderate foxing.
Very Good condition – Average used condition. Noticeable wear, but not tatty. May have spine roll, spine splits, small tears and a few creases.
Good condition – Complete and readable but with significant wear or damage. May have a lot of creases, cover or centre pages completely detached, major tears, stains and water damage.
Fair condition – Heavily worn and tatty. Story and art are complete, but may be missing non-story pages or back cover. May have detached covers or pages, water damage, musty smell and stains.
Poor condition – May be missing story pages or have major damage such as mould growth.
