Issue Number 26, the final issue of Nest: A Quarterly of Interiors from Fall 2004. Nest was nominally a shelter magazine but eschewed the traditional luxury interiors of such magazines in favor of outsider interiors - the nontraditional, exceptional, and unusual. This final issue of Nest has the theme Future Perfect A-Z and is unusually shaped, as most Nest magazines are, having a rounded bottom fore edge corner and a sloping fore edge that makes all the text seem crooked. The articles in this final issue include ones on Christopher Dresser, Thomas Hope's London townhouse, Parisian designer Mattia Bonetti, the Ship Wrecked Hotel of New York artist k--mroczek, international arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi's DC-8 interior, drawings by Henri Cartier-Bresson, sculptures by Trenton Duerksen, Dogon Architecture and Interiors in Mali, the interiors of San Francisco decorator-designer John Dickinson, Gianni Versace's Casa Casuarina, and Hartsdale Canine Cemetery plus a comic by Chris Ware.
