This is a CGC 9.8 near mint+/mint grade with White pages and is the highest grade for this particular comic. Hard to get in high grade for this early 80s book. CGC are a third party comic grading company that are the industry leader. The CGC case is clean, free from dents, cracks and scratches. The comic has never been displayed but stored in a box. Comes from a pet and smoke free home.
