@frankwj Hiya. Yeah it does. Needs a new paper filter. That's about it. As described. Was my dad's and he never used it. Started for me with chord as there is no battery with it. Beautiful mower for right lawn. Thanks

@frankwj Hi. My dad used ot less the 6 times. It was bought in brodericks about 10 years ago a never used. Stored in shed. The machine is as described. It's petrol electric as mentioned it needs a battery. Key in ignition.
