I think this is probably vintage y2k. A beautiful teal coloured silk ankle length panelled skirt from Monsoon. It is full lined……would be amazing with cashmere and boots for winter…..can be matched with a few different colours……so wearable and such beautiful silk. Sadly too big for me!
