Hi i bought one of these other day its stuck on qr code screen im using a 12v 5 amp power supply is it not powerfull enough. Didnt come with power supply your add says yours runs on 20v. Thanks

@Johnb197 this one has the standard 220 plug with a transformer so just plugs into a normal household socket.
When I’m out in the camper, I use a 20v battery with a cheap transformer(€20) and it runs it continuously for about 8 hours( not that you need it plugged in all the time) . Can’t say why you are having problems with your one, sorry
