It seems to be aimed at Irish home cooks, while the back cover extols the virtues of stopping at Shannon Airport en route to one's vacation in Ireland or Europe. See photos. €5.

2) '1967 National Fish Cookery Competition'. Booklet produced by BIM (Irish Sea Fisheries Board). 14 pages. Contains the fish recipes of 26 young competition county winners and finalists. (22,000 girls competed). Specific winning recipes given for: National Seafood Cook; Winning Whiting Dish; Winning Herring Dish; Winning Cod Dish, plus all the remaining finalist recipes.
